Doug Schrof

A Broker since 2007 and managing broker/owner of Central Management Realty since 2016, my focus has always been on sales and leasing. I started my career in Real Estate at Coldwell Banker from 2007 until 2010, when I joined ReMax. After being at ReMax for several years, I started my own brokerage.

My many years of sales and management in the corporate sector (along with being a real estate investor for many years) have me well suited for growing our property management business. Since becoming a managing broker, I’ve worked to grow our property management business to over 300 homes, and I’ve been a multi-million dollar producer every year I’ve been a Realtor.

Cayla Morris

Born and raised here in South Bend. I originally started in Criminal Justice with my Paralegal degree, but I joined the Real Estate Industry in 2015 when I started working in property management. I quickly realized that selling and matching people to their homes was my niche. I received my Broker’s license in June of 2020. Since then, I have excelled in investment sales. I have owned a construction company since early 2019 and know the ins and out of what it takes to flip a property.

I will go above and beyond for clients to make transactions as smooth as possible. If you’re looking for someone flexible and easy to get along with, I’m your girl!

When I’m not selling homes, you’ll find me with my children doing something fun on the weekends or rehabbing one of my Investments.
