My many years of sales and management in the corporate sector (along with being a real estate investor for many years) have me well suited for growing our property management business. Since becoming a managing broker, I’ve worked to grow our property management business to over 300 homes, and I’ve been a multi-million dollar producer every year I’ve been a Realtor.
Born and raised here in South Bend. I originally started in Criminal Justice with my Paralegal degree, but I joined the Real Estate Industry in 2015 when I started working in property management. I quickly realized that selling and matching people to their homes was my niche. I received my Broker’s license in June of 2020. Since then, I have excelled in investment sales. I have owned a construction company since early 2019 and know the ins and out of what it takes to flip a property.
I will go above and beyond for clients to make transactions as smooth as possible. If you’re looking for someone flexible and easy to get along with, I’m your girl!
When I’m not selling homes, you’ll find me with my children doing something fun on the weekends or rehabbing one of my Investments.

Rob is the consummate salesman. Rob has been in sales for most of his life, spending more than 15 years at the nation’s largest retailer. Customer service is not something that he takes lightly. Rob has recently opened and operates retail stores in the local area. He is highly invested in the Michiana area.
In May of 2016, Rob became a Real Estate Broker and hit the ground running. In his first six months as a broker, he closed 17 transactions for just over 2.3 Million. Bryan Hunter has worked as a high school teacher at multiple area schools and continues that journey at Penn High School teaching Economics. He is excited to take his knowledge and skillset as an educator to the world of real estate. A graduate of Indiana University South Bend and Goshen High School, Bryan has lived in this area his entire life and is eager to help the community find their dream homes. Bryan lives in Granger with his wife, Megan, and son, Max. He is devoted to being the best husband and father that he can be. He regularly attends church in the area and is committed to growing in his walk with God on a daily basis. Bryan has always had a passion for athletics, playing baseball and football through high school and taking a shot at baseball at the collegiate level. After deciding to end his playing career, he coached at several area high schools for many years. He looks forward to continuing to be involved in his son’s interests, having coached his t-ball team this past summer.

Gene Risner is a dedicated and committed broker who consistently goes above and beyond for his customers.
